Find the master user of RDS on AWS console
1) Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/rds/ .
2) In the navigation pane, choose Databases.
3) Select your DB cluster
4) Select the configuration tab
5) Under the " Availability " section you should be able to find the Master username
